When you fill out the contact form, we collect: name, work email, company, role, and any notes you provide. We also collect standard web server logs (IP address, browser, referrer) for security and performance.
We use contact information solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a call, and manage an ongoing relationship if you become a customer. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third-party marketers.
Contact-form submissions are delivered by our own relay on Helix Meridian infrastructure and sent to us through Microsoft 365. No third-party form service handles them. The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes request metadata to deliver it. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
This policy covers this website. When we build or operate a system for a customer, we act as a processor / service provider on that customer’s instructions, not as a controller: we handle their production data to deliver the service and for no other purpose. We do not sell it, do not use it for our own analytics or advertising, and do not train models on it. Those engagements are governed by a separate data processing agreement, which names the sub-processors and sets retention and deletion terms. If you are an employee of a customer and want to know what is held about you, contact your employer first — we act on their instruction.
We retain contact form submissions for up to 24 months. You may request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].
